We took a little trip to Colorado with some friends and family. Mountain air and good music is the best kind of self care.
Our rental was sprawling and comfortable for the 8 of us.

The Denver Botanical Gardens were beautiful.
There was a trailhead about 1/10 mile from our rental.
Red Rocks is always magical. Mumford and Sons provided a soundtrack for a beautiful evening.

Socializing, exercise, family time, performing arts, time in Nature...seems like you succeeded in crafting a vacation that included lots of self-care. Two thumbs up!
Oh my! That retreat house looks amazing! I'd love to be able to spend a weekend/week/month there just working on self care in this settings! I hope everyone returned to reality refreshed and relaxed.
